Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern access to and use of Revieme websites, applications, trials, review-request links and services. Revieme by Promage ("Revieme", "we", "us" or "our") is operated by Promage Marketing & Media Limited, Nigeria.

By applying for, purchasing, accessing or using Revieme, you agree to these Terms and the Revieme Privacy Policy. If you use Revieme for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Business service and eligibility

Revieme provides Google review automation, Google Business Profile, Local SEO, website and related services described in an accepted order, proposal or checkout page.

The seven-day Google Review Automation trial is available only to businesses that pass Revieme's eligibility and readiness checks, including having a functional Google Business Profile with appropriate owner-level authorization. The trial does not include free creation, reclamation or verification of a Google Business Profile.

We may refuse or end a trial where the business, profile, contacts, permissions or intended use do not meet the stated requirements.

3. Accounts and authorized users

Account users must be at least 18 and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • keeping login credentials and connected devices secure;

  • giving access only to authorized staff;

  • promptly removing users who should no longer have access;

  • activity performed through your account; and

  • notifying us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each business location must use its own correct contact lists, Google Business Profile, review destination and messaging connection. You must not use one location's account or customer data to send requests for another location without proper authority.

4. Customer contacts, consent and review-platform rules

You retain responsibility for the customer data and instructions you provide to Revieme. You confirm that:

  • contacts are genuine customers or people with a real relationship to your business;

  • you have a lawful basis and any required permission to provide their details and send the requested communications;

  • you will not use bought, rented, scraped, harvested or unrelated lists;

  • your information, eligibility rules and message content are accurate and lawful;

  • you will honor opt-outs and will not attempt to remove or bypass suppression records;

  • you will not use Revieme to spam, harass, deceive or impersonate anyone; and

  • you will comply with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, electronic-communications and platform rules.

Revieme must not be used to create fake reviews, pay for reviews, review your own business through false identities, selectively expose only satisfied customers to Google, or prevent dissatisfied customers from accessing the same ordinary review destination. Revieme may pause a campaign or account that creates a legal, platform, reputation or deliverability risk.

5. Google connections

Google features require an authorized user to grant the relevant permissions through Google OAuth. Revieme may read and write connected Google Contacts and, when enabled, access Google Business Profile accounts, locations, reviews and review destinations only for the visible Revieme features described in the Privacy Policy.

You may disconnect Google or revoke access. Some Google-dependent features will stop working after disconnection. You remain responsible for complying with Google's terms and policies, and Google may change, limit or withdraw an API or account permission.

Revieme is not sponsored or endorsed by Google.

6. Messaging and third-party services

Revieme may use WhatsApp, email, SMS and other providers to deliver approved messages. Third-party availability, deliverability, policies, fees and restrictions are outside our full control.

The Promage WhatsApp gateway may use WhatsApp's linked-device technology rather than the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Linked sessions can expire, require re-pairing or be restricted by WhatsApp. We will disclose the applicable connection method during setup. You accept that no messaging channel has guaranteed delivery.

Card payments are handled through Paystack's hosted payment flow. Revieme does not receive or store full card numbers. Other connected services are governed by their own terms as well as these Terms.

7. Plans, payment and renewals

The exact scope, term, price, payment schedule and renewal arrangement are those shown in your accepted order, proposal, invoice or checkout page. Unless an accepted order states otherwise:

  • a seven-day eligible trial is free and does not require a card;

  • the one-month Google Review Activation Campaign and continuous quarterly or six-month plans follow the current published Revieme offer;

  • a first-term split payment is a trust-building arrangement for that first term only;

  • renewals are paid in full before the new service term begins;

  • payment may be made through Paystack or an approved bank-transfer process;

  • an automatically generated invoice does not create a renewal commitment unless you agreed to the charge or renewal; and

  • we allow seven days after a due date before suspending access for non-payment.

If you authorize a recurring Paystack subscription, Paystack may charge the authorized payment method according to the plan presented at checkout until the subscription is cancelled. We will not silently move you to a different paid plan.

Setup or activation payments become non-refundable once work begins, except where an accepted order or the approved Google Business Profile verification assurance expressly provides otherwise, or where applicable law requires a refund.

8. Cancellation, suspension and termination

You may cancel by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid service term unless an accepted order states otherwise.

We may suspend access for non-payment, a security threat, unlawful use, serious platform-policy risk, unauthorized messaging, breach of these Terms or conduct that may harm recipients, Revieme or another client. Suspension does not automatically delete account data.

After cancellation or termination, we will provide a reasonable export or transition opportunity where technically possible. Account data is then deleted or anonymized according to the Privacy Policy, subject to billing records, suppression records, security evidence, legal obligations and unresolved disputes that must be retained.

9. Client content and permissions

You retain ownership of lawful content and business data you provide. You grant Revieme a limited permission to host, process, adapt and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.

You confirm that you have the rights needed for names, logos, images, message copy, contact information and other materials you supply. You are responsible for approving templates, destinations, audiences and campaign settings before launch.

10. Revieme intellectual property

Revieme, its software, workflows, documentation, designs, templates and branding are owned by or licensed to Promage Marketing & Media Limited. Except for the limited right to use the service during an active trial or paid term, no intellectual-property right is transferred to you.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, interfere with, or give unauthorized access to Revieme except where applicable law expressly permits it.

11. Service operation and changes

We may update the service to improve security, comply with law or provider policies, fix faults or change functionality. We will give reasonable notice where a material change substantially reduces a paid service.

Maintenance, internet failures, provider outages, expired linked-device sessions, Google or messaging restrictions, and events outside reasonable control may interrupt service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. No guaranteed results

Revieme provides tools and services, not guaranteed business outcomes. We do not guarantee:

  • a specific number or rating of reviews;

  • search rankings, visibility, leads, bookings, customers, sales or revenue;

  • that every recipient will receive, open, click or respond to a message;

  • that Google or another platform will approve, verify, retain or rank a profile; or

  • that an automated or AI-generated draft will always be accurate or suitable without review.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, customer service, legal compliance and final approval of content or actions taken through your account.

13. Disclaimers and liability

Revieme is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Promage Marketing & Media Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use Revieme. Our total liability for a claim relating to Revieme will not exceed the amount paid for the affected Revieme service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.

14. Privacy and confidentiality

Our handling of personal information is described in the Revieme Privacy Policy. Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other's non-public business information and will use it only for the service, security, legal compliance or another agreed purpose.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the updated date and give at least 14 days' notice of a material change where reasonably possible. Changes needed immediately for law, security or provider-policy compliance may take effect sooner with notice.

Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If a material change substantially affects an active paid term and you do not agree, contact us before the change takes effect.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and discussion. If it is not resolved, the dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Nigeria.

17. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful reorganization, merger or sale of the relevant business, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the accepted order, proposal or checkout page form the agreement for the relevant Revieme service. If they conflict, a specifically negotiated and signed order controls for that service, followed by these Terms and then general website copy.
